Be The First To Kick Your Shortcomings

  Everybody has some shortcomings and face problems in improving them. What to do about it he doesnot know. He want to improve it. So many times he faces problem due to these shortcomings. Whenever anybody critisizes his shortcomings he defends himself and in a way tries to justify him and his shortcomings in turn.

Actually whenever anybody critisize us or our shortcomings we defend it as it hurts our ego. Then how to improve these. Here are some points to note and understand.

1.      Before anybody critisizes your shortcomings you be the first to condemn them. This will not hurt your ego and you will be able to improve them.

2.      With every condemn these shortcomings /bad habits tend to become weaker. It is very hard to do a thing which we condemn ourself.

3.      Never try to defend your shortcomings whenever anybody points them out as with every defense they tend to become stronger.

4.      Make a practice to laugh at your bad practice and you will see that they are weakening and soon you will get rid off them.

Too Much Intelligency always Spoils the Work

Although it looks odd at the first thought, but it is hard fact that too intelligent people can’t work so well. Why it is so? Why so much intelligent people are not so successful. We always see that people so smart and intelligent are not so successful and works at junior level and there not so smart bosses govern them.

In business it is of much more importance. To be successful in business and in life you must always have a little stupidity. There is a famous proverb of english: Too many cooks spoils the both. Why too many cooks spoils the both?

It is very much apparent that too many cooks have too many ideas and have too many action plans. For success one solid plan should be there and man should work on it without fumbling. What happens with a too much intelligent person?  He don’t need so many persons to spoil the cake. He alone is sufficient to spoil the cake as he is having so many ideas.

Intelligent is a person who takes a work in hand and thinks on it and completes it first and then starts another, rather thinks of another. If an idea comes to our mind we must analyse it and either approves it or discard it. Generally all the successful men do like this. But over intelligent men always have their bag full of ideas. They never discard any and nor approve any. They are always in between the ideas and a situation of decisioning never comes. When no decision no working. If at all they start working on any of their idea soon they discard that and start working on another. They never act fullyon any idea till the last and leaves it inbetween.

In service they are successful to some extent as there are so many persons to implement the plan. There are so many persons; some juniors and some seniors and he is never totally freeto act and decide. They have to consult their seniors before changing the decision, and that is not easy. Moreover they have not to do all the impletation part himself.

There are so many works and problems and their minds are busy in solving that different problems and not have much time to rethink on the issue again and change it. When they have a time to a second thought the work is completed or nearly complete.

Once a very famous businessman of U.S.A. said regarding this and this became a proverb.

Think, Think and Think: then Decide: then act Foolishly.

It is so right and practised by almost all of the successful businessmen. When you are going to start a job or new venture give it a proper time to think. Proper time means time sufficient for all the ideas to come and calculate. Analysis of all the ideas is part of thinking. He has stressed on thinking  and the word came three times in the line.

Why three times to think? What generally people do; at the time of thinking and analysing they take decision on the first or second thought, which also depends on their previous beliefs and takes the decision immidiately. They want to prove that they are so much intelligent to others and to themselves also. But very hard luck that they never succeed in that. They are never so much confident of themselves and about their intelligence what to say of others.

For this reason also they take the decision in a hurry and in a moment, but soon after the decision is taken they start repenting it and becomes impatient to change it. They are more vigorous to change it than they were when they decided.

Actually due to overintelligence their mind is more fast and they take the decision when they have to think and starts thinking again after decision or starting action. Either they are never able to take a decision or to stick to it till the last. It is the place where he said act foolishly that is once you decided stop thinking and act foolishly.

What is act foolishly? Act foolishly means stick to the decision what you have taken earlier whether it seems foolish to you or intelligent now.

Thinking again on the decision can only make you doubleminded or shift your attention and interest from it.

There is a saying in Hindi: “Do navo ka sawar majhdhar mein girta hai.” It never means that persons working two works will fail as we were always taught or atleast I was alwayws thinking in my childhood and was taught like that also.

 It is very clear to me now that a person doubleminded or having controversial views always fails. Controversial veiws always create indecisioning.

So always do right work at the right time.think at time of thinking and act at the time of doing.

Is GOD There

                                        If GOD IS THERE

Most controversial and most eternal issue which was there even before the proper language was there. Human ancestors used to believe it while they were living in the caves. A belief which prevails since eternity and is beyond all the boundaries of language and region and.

Whole of the world can be divided in to two groups: one believing in the God and other not believing in the God. Believers have not seen Him and not believers have no reasons to discard Him except they can’t see him and can’t find any proof of His existence.

In every religion there are separate beliefs about god and keeps on changing with time. In ancient humans they worship animals which were useful to him for his life or were harmful or danger to his life. God was thus linked to life either helping to live or threat to life. They were worshiping him as a token of thanks to his assistance or praying not to take their lives.

One thing is common in all the believers that their faith is stronger than the non believers. For believers in god there is word in Hindi i.e. ‘AASTIK’ and for nonbelievers NASTIK. Aastik word came from Sanskrit language and from dhatu Asti, which means to be present (Hona). Belief becomes the basic character of the aastik. They are generally more positive and accepts the things more easily than nastik.

Latest experiments in the science in usa proved that they have lesser tension than nonbelievers. They coducted the experiments and proved that when the word god fell in the ears of the believers their level of tension started decreasing, where as it has a negative impact on the mind of nonbelievers and ther level of tension increased.

So believers are at a plus that they have a source to reduce their tensions. Actually god is linked with love and faith and security and so its presence consoles us and relieves our tensions. 

You Can Never Think Beyond Your Belief

You can never think beyond your belief.

The title of the article seems something odd but it is true to the extent we can’t believe. Actually we all think with our belief pattern. We all think that we believe logically and think and take decisions logically. To take a right decision we have to think right and logically and according to facts and data available. But as said we think according to our beliefs and not logically; so all our decisions are based on our beliefs and not on facts and data. The main cause of failure and success is basically our thinking and planning. When our thinking is defective our actions are defective and we fail.

Actually the persons who are successful need not to think again and again. They generally stick to their decisions and are generally adamant to their beliefs. For understanding all this we have to go systematically 

First we have to understand how our beliefs are made. When they are made? How to make them and correct them? First we will understand when beliefs are made.

Our mind has a memory of some faiths and beliefs which are given to us inherited and that is a main factor to decide our way of working: The details of which is just out of the scope of this article. In general we are having some traits which are common to all humans. These traits are accumulated in our genes and mind: Then comes some traits which are given to us by our parents. These are in general history of our ancestors and their beliefs. These are stored in our mind and we generally can’t change them. These traits have records of the past of our parents; their experience and previous beliefs.

Next comes in the series are the faiths and beliefs given to us in the womb. These are made with feelings of mother and experience. (No details possible here)

Next are the faiths and beliefs that are given to us during our first 3 years. Our brain is developed 90% in this period. Now science accepts this. In some cases this period extends to 5 years also, but maximum work is done in this period.

These are the periods which we can’t change during our life and with all our best efforts. It will be worth while to take here the example of Napoleon Bonaparte an all time great general. He was undoubtedly brave and once fought with a tiger with bare hands. But he was always afraid of the cats. The reason was very simple that when he was 6 months old he was attacked by a kitten. I don’t know whether he was having the virtual memory of the incident which seems practically impossible. He must have heard it by the parents. What ever was the way of getting the incident but fact remained the same that he was always afraid of the cats. When he was defeated in the water loo war there were 500 cats in front of him kept by the opponent army? A general who never got afraid of swords and tiger was defeated by a cat.

This was due to the impression of the incident happened earlier in the age. I myself have faced such incidents and came across so many incidents in my life. We all believe that our childhood must be good. Every leader and thinker stressed on the necessity of the better childhood. A healthy child can only develop in to a healthy youth.

A healthy population or we can say that a healthy society can make a healthy nation: that is why great leaders and philosophers are said nation builders. They are not making the economy. They are making the thought pattern.

It will be worth while to narrate here about Sikh ‘Parampara’ of gurus and especially Guru Gobind Singh jee. The Sikhs were basically Hindu. One eldest and strongest member of the family was made Sikh. He was to have 5 symbols with him always: Which always reminded him of the purpose of his life. His parents were having belief that this son is to fight for the community and religion. This became their basic trait and they are so adamant to their religion and much more dedicated to the goals. They have to achieve their goals. This is not taught now to individual; but this has become their basic trait.

There are so many examples even the example of Japan is worth while to quote here. In general they are much dedicated to nation as they were hit back in Second World War and even previously they were dedicated to their nation which made them to fight for the nation against the world.

Hitler was able to motivate the whole country in his life only which it self was not less than a miracle. Whether his path was right or not we are not discussing. We are discussing how beliefs are made and how they sustain in your whole life.

Improve your Thinking With Love

         Improve your thinking with your beliefs

As discussed in first article we think as per our beliefs and till our beliefs are not improved our thinking pattern can’t be improved. To improve our thinking and our action plan we have to improve our belief pattern. As discussed in first article out beliefs are given to us by birth from our parents and the environment prevailing at the time of our birth. Then what we must do.

We must improve our thinking style. Our thinking style also impacts our belief pattern to some extent. Actually what happens we think according to our beliefs and as per our thinking our belief pattern goes on strengthening and after some time we get so used to it that we can think only in one way. We became typed. Generally this happens with so much force in the illiterate persons.

They have a fix routine and little knowledge. Generally they don’t communicate much and are not acquainted with the society and as they can’t read also they are least conversant with the things going on in the society. They live in their own world comprising of themselves and their family. Thinking pattern of all the family members are the same and they all think in the same way and go on strengthening the beliefs.

Beliefs are generally not made with thinking only they are made with the working and the results. Our outcomes are the main factors which make our beliefs and strengthen them. It is a vicious cycle; we think as per our beliefs and we work with the force of our thoughts and beliefs. And our force of work brings us the results which in turn strengthen our beliefs. This goes on endlessly and we are in a cycle which never breaks with out some external force.

This is not wrong till our direction is right and we work to progress. Problem occurs when they gets negative and feel that they are useless and born to fail. This belief takes away all the energy from them and they work half heartedly and fail, which again strengthens their belief. They are now trapped in a cycle from which they can never come out.

I have read a proverb some where in my childhood that, “All who were great they were so because they thought so.” I was so impressed with this that my direction of life changed. Here I remembered the incidence of my childhood.

I was an average student in study and get just passing marks. My father was math professor in the college, so he used to guide us and check our math paper. In my sixth standard it so happened that my math paper was ok and when I came to home he checked the question paper and found it was all right and no mistake was done anywhere in the paper. As he was proceeding he was becoming happier as all the questions were getting right. No one in the family after him had ever got more than 50%.

Till he checked 2/3^rd paper and it was right he was praising me, but now he started praising himself. Oh you are my son you have to be like this. When he checked the full paper and it was all right he virtually danced and hugged me first time in his tight embrace and kissed my head. It was the first time and last time also as he is so reserve and balance headed that he takes all the failures and success very calmly. But that happiness and faith of him in me turned my life. I also got a faith that I can do better and my faith in myself became high. There after I became a brilliant student of the class and scored always above 70% and came first or second in the class. I passed my tenth from Haryana board where marks at my time were very low. I came in the merit list of the board in tenth and 12^th. I also got selected in engineering. Now I am an engineer and working as president since last 12 years.

Nothing came in my life so dashing like that remarks of my father. Those were the remarks which changed my life.

This proves results can change your belief and life. A continous success or failure can change your way of thinking and your beliefs and direction of your life. It is your belief or even more important beliefs of other in your self which can change your life.

The still more important thing is how you express and celebrate your success. We people generally take the success lightly and guaranteed. We take this as our right. This creates a problem. If we succeed it is k but if we fail then we are depressed but on the other hand on success we are not very happy.

We must always celebrate our success and should always take every success as a new one and should celebrate it with the vigor. This celebration of the success and joining of people in our success makes it special. It is the tool to change our belief. The belief of others in us is more important than the belief of ourselves on us.

For failure we must always remember it is always 50% possible. Failure and success is always comparative. It doesn’t depend solely on us. If we fail it is always in comparison. So don’t loose faith if you fail as there can always be some one more intelligent than you. All the times you can’t do your best. There is every reason to be happy on the success and no reason to weep on failure. A man can’t succeed in every field and all the day; and all the times.

Belief and Love

                            Belief and love

As we all know that our brain is made in our childhood and is completed by the age of three years. We at that age are not able to under stand any thing. But one thing we can under stand at that age also, and that is love it is so eternal that it was there in our blood and gene. We became human only after the development of love in us. Love is second most eternal feeling after the sex and competency.

As per theory of evolution of Darwin; the fittest will survive. This was the law of evolution given by Darwin and still believed to be true. It was law of competency which made and sustained any species on the earth. But according to me competency made species more fit and able to survive, but it was love and attachment which made one intelligent.

Let us take some examples of species which progressed and developed as the intelligent creatures. Some examples of these are; Ants, Bees, Wasps and Termites. These all started living in colonies and came in to existence much before the human beings. Let us take the examples of Ants.

Ants came in to existence some 50 million years ago much before the human beings, which came in to existence some 50 thousands years ago only and developed just 10 – 12000 years ago. Ants do agriculture and grow fungus and are also capable to fight weeds which may damage their crops.

What gave them this capacity? It was love and their living in the colonies. All the above are the species of animals which live in colony or society. They developed every thing like human building houses and doing agriculture and treating their crops and saving them from pests or weeds and also themselves. To go more in details is out of the scope of the article.

But one thing is clear these all species started living in groups and made some social systems to live in. every social system has one thing common that they are based on love and affection for each other. Can we imagine some people living together with out any love binding them. No, it is not possible. We can only divide the society and families rather than joining them.

It is the love which the base of progress. When we love someone we are attached to him /her. Our consciousness is joined and works at a higher level. Our mind works with the more force and more power.

Nearly all human love to some extent and understand it, but proper force of love is not under stood. Some experiments are done recently to understand the effects of love on the body and mind of the humen beings. It was observed that so many chemical changes took place in the human body; which are beneficial to him.

Human is too young and is the latest animal most probably. So he is too young to have all the things in heredity but at the same time he is the most developed in the chain of development and is the result of nature’s experience and expertise. Before separating as humanoid he was monkey or ape or to say an animal and has a very long history in that form which is also associated with him and lies in his DNA and unconsciousness. So competency is also there and with the maximum force.

Is there any other major force also? Yes it is force of sex the most fundamental force of development. It was sex which gave so many verities of species. (To read in detail about all this, please go through my book nature, consciousness and life. It describes all the natural forces and how these acts and under what laws.)

Sex was the force of nature through which it developed species and also kept them joined. What is the difference between animal and human in regard of sex feelings and capacity? There is a major difference that human had feeling of sex all the time and whole the year irrespective of climate and a particular time of the year.

In animals males are charged by the females i.e. when females got hot they also got hot and needs sex and it is all so systematic that they got hot and sexually aroused only at the particular time of the year. In animals where gestation period is more than a year there males depends only on the females charging. Actually only females in animals are controlled with the climate clock and males are charged when females are charged.

Their function is just to produce and multiply where as and additional function is also associated with the human beings and that is progress. We can’t progress or even can’t sustain our progress and ourselves if we are devoid of sex.

There is still one more force more fundamental than any and that is to sustain. This is common in all the animals and is more up to some extent than human beings. They can change and develop their bodies according to the environment. Humen were given the power of brain to change the situation not to change himself as per situation. It is because of this requirement that humen has higher feeling ability than animals. 

Now to sum up there are four fundamental forces and they are in order as they were developed as under.

1.      Sustain yourself or to maintain your population. It is the survival of the individual as well as group or human being as a whole.

2.      Force of competency or to prove your self the best. (Although it is so closely associated with sex and sustenance of life.)

3.   Force of sex. Or Sex

                 4.    Force of love or Love

These forces are given in the order of their evolution in the humen or animals not in the order of their importance. That order is just opposite. The last is most important and so on for the progress. But when first law is violated it defers all the other laws as it is so fundamental and necessary that it can’t be violated.

Our beliefs are made first to save ourselves and we need for that help which is provided by our mother at the first stage, so our love is for our mother maximum. She saves our life and feed us. Later we are protected by the family. So we love our family and do work all the life for our family and its betterment. This process started millions of years ago when mammals came in to existence. Previously there were plants fishes and other egg born animals which were either not dependent or least dependent. Why we were also not made independent like before as plants and other animals.

Was it evolution or some deformation? No, it was the chain of evolution. It plants and other non mammals the characteristics were transformed only by gene. But in mammals and humen some characteristics were taught during the time the infant is dependent on mother. It is not the matter of transfer of experience only but an important characteristic is also given to the child that is love and faith. Although infant is unable to distinguish between the enemies and friends, yet he/ she are able to recognize his mother.

He knows his mother and understands very well that she is for his well fare.

But in animals as soon as he is adult he forgets his relations and mother also. He only remembers one relation that is his species relation and more important the relation of male and female. After adultery mother is simply a female like others. He is not given the power of love. He is driven only by the power of sex. In humen who are the latest stage of development also got mind and consciousness of the latest stage or advanced stage. They can understand love also. He knows she is your mother and had saved you during infancy.

So it is very clear that love is very important factor and is present only in humen. Animals have only one force that is sex. Love is present in us since birth or even before that also, i.e. during our infancy. We are unable to under stand any thing and our brin is developing so maximum part of it is for love and belief.

If a child doesn’t get love in his childhood his that cells are dead and he looses faith in general. He then can’t believe on others. He is always scared. So love is necessary for the formation of beliefs. The belief is not like considering some thing right or wrong it is faith. That person can’t have faith on any one fully. Generally they become criminals.

As I said in my previous article that out thinking depends on our belief; so that person will have a problem in taking decisions and think properly. So love is most necessary for making beliefs and thinking properly.

NATURE,CONSCIOUSNESS and life  2

this universe was not made simply as a result of Big- Bang as the science and scientists believe. There are so many lacunas in the theory which it self clears that there was and is some force behind all this which we may call NATURE or GOD or by any other name we like. Science only believes in the things proved by experiments or which can be studied. There are some things which can’t be seen but there effects can be seen or studied. For example we can’t see a force but its effects are visible on the things and force can be studied not by absolute terms but by its impacts on any body. Similarly we can’t see and measure LOVE and EMOTIONS only its effects can be seen or studied on the bodies and living beings. Great philosophers have impacted society and human beings to a great extent. Which also can not be measured but its lasting effects can only be seen.

It is not only the words. Words have no entity of their own. They simply reflect our emotions which affects us. Even some times same words fail to have any impact when the person is changed saying them. As for example some words are spoken to us by our friends or by some one we love have a much greater impact on us than the same words spoken by some one else. We can say it is because of love. Right it is because of love but not only because of love. There is also a major force behind it, what we may call as consciousness. It is present in all the human beings but the level is different in each human. The persons having high level of consciousness have greater impact than persons with lower level of consciousness.

This is very much clear from the fact that when we hear one thing from some person at a higher level of consciousness that has so much effect on us that our life is changed although we have heard the words or matter or message already. To be more specific take the example of great leaders, philosophers and saints; when we hear a thing from them it has a great effect on us; rather than reading their lectures and messages in the book or some one else tells us about that. It is because that with their message their consciousness is also associated. It is the consciousness which impacts us and changes us.

The total sum of consciousness is called as nature, or we may say all sum of consciousness is a part of nature. We believe only living beings and in that too only humans have consciousness and consider it as a quality of brain. But we do the mistake here. CONSCIOUSNESS is more fundamental than LIFE. It is present in all living and nonliving beings. As the level of consciousness changes the form of matter changes and it comes to living category after a certain level. This level we may call as line of distinction between living and nonliving. As the level changes the bio products or bio matter comes in to existence; which later on gives birth to life. As clear there can’t be a clear cut difference in the living and non living so is also clear that we have so much wide range of life. We have plants and fungus which have only half parameters of life and previously they were not believed to have life. Similarly we have viruses which are both living and nonliving. In certain conditions they comes to life and otherwise they are nonliving.

My emphasis in this book is to study the various forces of the nature; just from the beginning of the universe and show how nature hand was there in every thing and under what laws it works. Nature works under some laws and not arbitrarily as god do as said by religions. Basically GOD also follow rule and gives us what we deserve and what we effort. We can say what we get is the result of our efforts or grace of some one. The definition of God by the religions that he is almighty and can do any thing just separates it from the nature and science. Also in practical we feel no miracle is happening. If some miracle is happening it is because of consciousness or we can say faith also. As faith is one property of consciousness and well understood and proved by psychology and philosophy. My emphasis in this book is to correlate nature and consciousness and ultimately to life.

In fragments we all and science agrees that Nature affects the life and humans and also their faiths and beliefs, but all in fragments. No definition of nature yet given by science as I said earlier except that is some of surroundings along with living beings. How a surrounding affects us is not very clear. As surrounding has no force in it and is very passive in nature. We as living being may be affected by surrounding but surrounding must not have any impact on us.

Let us take a very peculiar example that forests catch or attract rain. Plants don’t have thoughts ant clouds and rain or water doesn’t have even life like trees. How rain or cloud can be affected by forests when they have no life. Yea they are affected; but not by life or thought; it is consciousness which affects them or every thing is linked by consciousness. This all is explained in the chapter ecological balance and nature of the book. Before that we have to understand what nature is and how it works
